In an effort to decease childhood injury caused by drowning, Cook Children’s Hospital has purchased water watcher tags to be distributed to families throughout North Texas. The purpose of the Water Watcher tag is to make sure kids are actively supervised while in or around water at all times by choosing a Water Watcher.
Volunteers are needed to assemble 10,000 water watcher tags. Each volunteer will be provided a set of cards and we ask that they simply attach a coil (wrist band) to each tag. Some people will also be asked to count the number of tags and bag them in sets of 100.
